Climbing 101 is a great introductory class to climbing at Fit Rocks Climbing Gym. Fit Rocks is mostly a bouldering gym, so we won’t need ropes or harnesses. The climbs are usually shorter and more physically demanding and provide an amazing workout! Don’t worry, there are great climbs here for all skill levels and fitness levels. We will go through some climbing basics, learn some beginner techniques, and have an instructor available to you for a full hour. After the hour is up you can continue climbing as long as you want to stay! The class is tailored to those climbing for the first time ever, or people new to the sport that are looking for some tips and advice to improve.
